Growing up on the Sunshine Coast’s hinterland in Eumundi (Gubbi Gubbi Country), Malia Stirling’s childhood was abundant with art and music. With Australians Eastern Coastline as her backyard, Malia has always been heavily inspired by nature which is reflected in her distinct writing and storytelling style. Her Australian-Folk-Pop sound has stylistically been influenced by Missy Higgins, Kate Miller-Hiedke, Joni Mitchell, Fleetwood Mac and more.
